About Cobb Law
We are a friendly, down-to-earth, family-run law firm dedicated to protecting our clients who are in financial trouble. As for how we began, our father-daughter duo has a humble and endearing story to tell you.
Our founding attorney, Mr. Cobb, began his early years with an agriculture degree and then had several jobs working for the state and in the private sector, including a car salesman. At some point, however, he realized he was not making enough money to support six kids and his wife. As a result, he returned to law school in his 40s. He spent his days working in order to support his family and his evenings attending law school in hopes for providing a better future.
In 1994, Mr. Cobb began practicing law. At an early age, his daughter, now Attorney Courville, remembered spending a lot of time going to the office with her father. From junior high, she already knew she wanted to be an attorney. However, she didn’t initially think she’d work with her dad. In 2009, she graduated law school at the height of the recession. This was a time when her dad really needed an extra hand because bankruptcy cases were booming. Attorney Courville joined Attorney Cobb, and the rest is history – they have been working together since!
